Trent Adams Departs Dixie Echoes

The Dixie Echoes announced today that  bass singer Trent Adams is departing the group. I personally really liked what Trent brought to the table for the Dixie Echoes. A good replacement in my mind would be Brandon Barry of the Old Paths; he may not want to leave them though since they are starting to really make some waves in the Southern Gospel world…
The Dixie Echoes are currently looking for a replacement, and interested parties should contact Stewart Varnado at stewart@dixieechoes.com.

I’m sorry to hear that Trent is leaving because I really liked him with the DEs, too. I’ll be interested to find out what’s next for him. However, don’t you even be thinkin’ about Brandon leaving The Old Paths!!

God is faithful and will provide the bass singer that the Dixie Echoes need! Enjoyed Trent with the DEs, but if he feels it’s time to move on, so be it. I’m with Diana–DON’T YOU EVEN BE THINKIN’ ABOUT BRANDON LEAVING THE OLD PATHS!!!

Loved Trent, it’s a shame he’s leaving. But it says he voluntarily stepped down, so presumably he thought it was best.
